Chris grew up in metro Detroit helping his father manage rental properties and various side ventures. Alongside his brother, he spent weekends repairing equipment, rebuilding cars, and remodeling homes. These early experiences shaped his appreciation for hands-on ownership, disciplined operations, and long-term stewardship. Influenced by his father’s entrepreneurial mindset and his mother’s resilience as a self-made Polish immigrant and accounting professional, Chris developed a deep appreciation for building businesses rooted in people, integrity, and long-term consistency.

Chris founded Little Creek Partners with a single objective: to acquire and grow a great business, honor its legacy, and create durable value for employees, customers, and the community it serves.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Chris and his wife reside in Virginia Beach, where his wife serves as a doctor in the U.S. Navy. They are committed to building their family and long-term roots in the Hampton Roads community. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors and is currently training for his second marathon.
